At The Sat Store, every product is carefully inspected and packaged by hand to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment. Due to the nature of our small-batch production and payment methods, all sales are final.
Why We Don’t Offer Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders, regardless of payment method. This policy helps us maintain sustainable operations as a small business and ensures we can continue producing high-quality handcrafted goods.
Payments made via the Bitcoin Lightning Network are irreversible by design. Credit and debit card payments are also treated as final once an order has been processed. For these reasons, we cannot cancel, reverse, or refund an order after it has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@satstore.shop with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case individually and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and are evaluated solely based on the evidence provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders include tracking. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled exclusively by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, customs processing times, or packages lost in transit.
If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, we will assist by providing tracking details and carrier information, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order. We’re happy to provide additional product details or guidance to ensure confidence in your purchase.
