Thank you for shopping with The Sat Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across the regions we serve.

1. Order Processing

Every order is prepared by hand.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been labeled and accepted by the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped exclusively through USPS. Shipping rates and available options are displayed at checkout.

  • US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service.
  • Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship to the following regions and countries:

North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama

Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Iceland, Malta, Monaco, Gibraltar, Réunion, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary

East Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia, New Caledonia

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Israel

Latin America: El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama

We may expand our shipping destinations over time. Any updates will be reflected in this policy.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery windows vary by region and local postal performance:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada & Mexico: 7–21 days
  • Europe: 10–25 days
  • East Asia: 10–20 days
  • Oceania: 12–25 days
  • Middle East: 15–30 days
  • Latin America: 12–28 days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bitcoin via the Lightning Network

Lightning payments are final and irreversible. Payments made by credit card follow the standard authorization and settlement procedures of your card network.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. International tracking may show limited visibility once transferred to the destination country’s postal service.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While uncommon, packages may be delayed or lost in transit.

  • Once a package is accepted by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or losses after shipment.
  • If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with claims.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, handling fees, or customs charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may extend delivery times and varies by country.

10. Returns and Refunds

As a small business producing handcrafted items, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are considered final.

Lightning payments are final and irreversible by design. Credit and debit card payments are also treated as final once an order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@satstore.shop with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.
