We accept payments via credit/debit card and Bitcoin over the Lightning Network. By completing a purchase, you certify that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
  • You understand that payments are final and irreversible by design;
  • You agree that all sales are final and that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges;
  • You will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals for any order that has been accurately fulfilled.

Credit and debit card transactions are treated as final once processed. We reserve the right to provide additional documentation to the payment processor to contest any chargeback or dispute, including order logs, delivery confirmation, product descriptions, and copies of these Terms.

For Lightning payments, you are solely responsible for verifying invoice details, wallet configuration, and payment accuracy. We are not responsible for user error, incorrect invoice payments, node issues, or wallet malfunctions.

3. Products and Availability

We strive to accurately describe products and maintain up-to-date availability, but:

  • We may modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice;
  • Prices may change without notice;
  • We are not liable for typographical, listing, or pricing errors.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by region.

4. Educational Content Disclaimer

All educational materials—articles, guides, videos, and related content—are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes:

  • Financial advice;
  • Investment or trading recommendations;

Bitcoin and Lightning transactions involve inherent technological risks, including volatility, network congestion, delays, and node interoperability issues. You acknowledge and accept these risks when transacting with us.

9. No Warranty

All products and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • The uninterrupted or secure operation of the Site;
  • The accuracy or completeness of product descriptions or educational materials;
  • The suitability or reliability of any product for your specific use.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversals for any transaction that has been fulfilled according to these Terms. Because all sales are final and products cannot be returned, payment disputes are not an appropriate method for seeking refunds.

If you initiate a chargeback for an order that was delivered or accurately fulfilled, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor and to pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
